On December 2007, the operational activities of François-Charles Oberthur Fiduciaire and Oberthur Card Systems have been merged to form one single entity:
OBERTHUR TECHNOLOGIES. The newly listed company, managed by Thomas Savare (CEO) consists of 4 divisions:

• Card Systems (smart cards, magnetic cards, credit cards, telephone cards...)
  Reinforced by the acquisition of XPonCard specially in Northern Europe
  Managed by Xavier Drilhon
• Fiduciaire Division (banknotes, cheques, ...)
  3 Billion of various banknotes printed per year, delivered in 4 continents, more focused on euros
  SLC (container located by satellite)
  Managed by Nicolas Koutros
• Identity Division (personalisation of cheques, passports...)
  Award of the Philippines contract e-covers and systems
  Managed by Stephane Guilbault
• Cash Protection (electronically controlled cash-in-transit systems)
  Enlargement of the covered market worldwide
